      Hello

I have two recently installed Lutron switches that I just included in the ELK lighting section, then wrote very simple rules to control them such as

Whenever time is 4:00PM turn on Closet ON {16(A16)}.  And other rule Whenever time is 4:30PM turn on Porch ON {17 (A17)}.

I have many other switches that operate via rules so I know there is communication between the M1 and the Lutron modules.

Tried rebooting the complete system,  including the bridge, verified my wiring.

The switches work when using the Lutron app (RA2 select), but they don’t turn on when commanded by

by the ELK M1.  I did send the updated rules to the ELK  (Send to control).

Since the other switches work I believe I am missing something but don’t know what.

Hope someone has an idea as to what is wrong.

      Thank You

When you configured the Lutron RA2 Select lighting devices did you use a Lutron software and if so are you able to create a Lutron XML file of the configuration? If so in ElkRP2 under Automation and Lighting right-click on Lighting and Import Lighting Data select Lutron XML database and import the file. This should pull in the new devices into ElkRP2 and then you can Send To Control. Also under Lighting the Format for each device should be “Serial Port Expander” and the OPT option should not be checked.

Check the integration ID numbers of the new switches in the Lutron app.  I believe they have to be 255 or less for Elk to control.
