When searching topics in the Forum, I noticed that the results are individual replies, rather than whole threads. Which means that clicking on different results often just keeps sending you to the same thread, and finding new information is harder because its buried in repetitive results. Second, those search results also include M1-forum responses which means a lot of the information won’t be relevant.
It would make things a lot easier if search results were restricted to each forum and results pointed to threads, not individual replies.

I will talk with our web developers to see if we can improve on how it the results are presented. We use a standard out of the box forum for our site, so it might be limited on its functions.
