Is there anyway to export the comments along with the rules? It appears I may have a corrupt database, so I’m trying to create a new account and download the panel configuration into and new account in ElkRP. Unfortunately, my extensive comments for my rules don’t transfer over.
Further, I can’t get crystal reports to work so I don’t have anyway to print the rules & comments so I would at least have a reference to recreate the comments. I’ve tried uninstalling / Reinstalling ElkRP2 several times. I think there is a registry setting that is causing the issue with crystal reports but I haven’t found the settings in the registry where I can delete them Any suggestion how I can do a clear uninstall of ElkRp2, including the crystal report library?
