When does the event “Dark Outside” get evaluated? Does it happen ONCE at Sunset, or does it get continually evaluated between Sunset and Sunrise?

In ElkRP2 under Automation, Sunrise/Sunset, click “Select City” to select a City near you, select the correct Time Zone, click Calculate and then Send To Control. You should wait 24 hours for the M1 to sync with Sunrise and Sunset. You can write rules based upon Sunrise/Sunset time values or +/- xx minutes before or after Sunrise/Sunset has occurred. The Dark/Light are optional AND Statements you can include in your rules. Once Sunrise has happened it is considered “Light Outside” and after Sunset it is considered “Dark Outside.”
