Have you enabled the Non-Secure Port 2101 and directed HomeSeer to connect on Port 2101? In ElkRP2 version 2.0.40 click the M1XEP Setup, click Trace, click Select All, click Show Setup, click Resume, Connect to the the system. Allow the trace to run for several minutes then click copy to clipboard, paste into an email and forward to techsupport@elkproducts.com with a note.
