Constantly getting Ethernet Trouble every morning. Only the main keypad beeps two or three times every AM for a few years. Looking to remove the M1XEP to see if that resolves the issue. I assume I will have to connect with serial cable again.

Ethernet Trouble can be caused if the M1XEP is unplugged from the M1 OR if the M1XEP is set to Supervise the connection to the Central Station Receiver and the communication is lost. Under the M1XEP Setup, Central Station Tab is “Supervise the Connection” checked and if so what is the Heartbeat Interval? You may need to increase the Heartbeat Interval higher. If you remove the M1XEP perform the Bus Module Enrollment and you will need to Disable the Phone Number reporting to Central Station.
