our FOb ELK-6010, we set it to fob as sensor type and no supervision but still every 24 Hour gives an error lost transmitter ? what are we missing here?

Definition for the Zone needs to be 15 = Keyfob, Type 0 =EOL/RF, under Wireless Setup, Enabled checked, Supervision = 0 Not Supervised, Enter the TxID and set the Loop = 2
